The CBD Board of Trustees and the CBD Staff invite you to join us for a celebration honoring our retiring District Executive, Lynn Thomas. The celebration will be held December 6, 2009 at the First Unitarian Universalist Church of Milford, MA from 3 to 5 pm. (For directions go to www.milforduu.org or view the map attached to the announcement in the calendar section below.)
We are creating a Memory Book for Lynn. Themed paper and pens will be available at the party for people to add to the book (size: 4.25 in by 5.5. in) and we encourage you to be creative when thinking of your entry. You may also bring along any small mementoes that you wish to include that can be attached (via glue sticks) to the entry of your good wishes.
We look forward to honoring Lynn with you on December 6 and hope many of you will be able to attend.
The CBD Staff would like to thank everyone who sent in the imaginative and creative names for the District Newsletter that are now in consideration. The editorial team is reviewing all submissions and the winner will be announced in the next newsletter edition. If your suggestion becomes the newsletter name, you will receive a free registration for any one CBD event or training.
